thanks for posting gav and thanks to terry as always for his twice a month forecast.  

Eerily close to what I have been suspecting we may see this month, particularly the way a warm to very warm regime battles against a tendency to keep trying to destablise things during the second half.

It's Solar Sunday @ GWV today;

It looks as though we're moving into Solar Minimum now.

We all know what happened to the winters during the second half of the last one... this one is expected by some to be a very long one which does lead one to wonder!

Nice work Gavin, I found the Solar section to be of particular interest.
