Hi, Ian! Nothing measurable here since my last post. Had got some lawn feed 'n' weed in earlier in the week as it was looking like a wet day here today 'til the models started moving that rain area further and further south! Maybe some downpours here next week as that low drops south - depends on how dry that air is circulating around it - could be hit 'n' miss again! Very low humidity here yesterday - picking up the cat was a risky business with the static electricity levels involved

Had to take pity on the missus in her blanket so the fire got lit tonight

Wednesday and all the rest of the days till the end of the month may deliver some precipitation....At least for my area...

Could be hit and miss with the showery nature of the rainfall on Thursday/Friday but Sunday looks like delivering a good splash to most areas, going by the latest GFS - I'm banking on that to be a good top-up for the water butts before the expected return of high pressure and a potentially lengthy dry spell

With a band of precipitation arriving from Ireland there should be an increase in totals today. Still on 50.1mm at this moment with light rain falling.
