A much more pleasant day with good sunny spells and partial cloud along with feeling seasonably warm at 18.8 C under a gentle north west breeze. Spent the past couple of hours pottering about at the front garden in shorts and T shirt. The kind of day where I have windows open to let the air circulate around the house without feeling the cold.

I think this Spring had finally caught on, although to be fair it hadn't been that a bad spring in any case, just found it hard to shift that distinct chill in the air.

For once the sun in shining and temp is 14.2C but the strength of that absolutely detestable NW wind is making it feel more like 10C. You couldn't even contemplate sitting out in the garden.

It's beyond a joke and feels more like a week from the Spring Equinox than the start of Summer
