just seen Gavin P's excellent video of autumn and winter 2000 and 2001 which was very wet


wasn't Oct 2001 very warm and dry in comparison ?


just shows the weather balances out over time

Yes i think that often is the way or seems like it . Globally if it is above average hot in one location it is sure to be below average somewhere else. Same with rainfall , deluge or drought .
