Coldest June min for 10 years with 1.9C followed by customary cloud up by 10am. Sun came out again in the afternoon but even then temperatures maxed at a dire 11.9C, despite the wind blowing from a southerly direction. Exactly the same temperature as on 1st January with the same wind direction but no sun. Absolutely shocking

Now rain has set in it's down to a diabolical 9.3C. Nasty chilly wind as usual making the vile temperatures seem even worse.

Welcome to the worst season of the year. The only season that brings days as bad as this on regular basis these days
