Yet another stinking awful day. Wretched unpleasant filth with only 10.4C and slate grey overcast

Outlook so bad it begs the question as to whether this place is even fit for human habitation any more. Certainly not suitable if you expect to have any quality of life and not feel as though you're stuck living in a Soviet prison cell.

Truly soul destroying having to witness the disastrous Shetland-Faeroe hybrid our summers have turned into since 2007. A run of horrors like nothing ever seen since the Little Ice Age.

Aberdeen sounds gorgeous, we've had gusts of 46mph and it's 8.6C, has been 7.8mm in lashing showers.

It has missed the ironic trick of being like this yesterday on longest day.
Incidentally December 21st was rather similar temperature here, but stayed dry
Max was 12.7C compared to 12.9C today.

Actually hate that effect I'd rather dry, cloudy weather than 'wet sun'. Speaking of which, dry and cloudy presently with a light to mod northerly. 15.4c.

But for now, that "power shower" I had this afternoon certainly went some way to moisten my lawn, along with clearing away sputum on pavements (what IS it with people hawking up great big globules of phlegm these days?).

Currently fair with evening sunny spells and partial cloud. 15.0 C under a brisk north west breeze.

Think it topped out at just 12c today with that cool wind and rain on and off. Currently dry and 11c.
