Bright with partial cloud and sunny breaks. A reasonable start to the day - and a vast improvement on yesterday. 12 C under a moderate north breeze.

Hi John! All in all, it turned out to be an uneventful day with bright spells and partial cloud as well as having stayed dry all day. However, while temperatures topped out at 19 C at 4 pm, a northerly breeze kept it feeling fresh and airy. Now it's fine and clear with a evening chill in the air, I could live with all that as silly heat and high humidity are overrated anyway.
