That doesn't happen every year though - not even most years. I think people should lower their expectations from the British summer. It isn't Spain, and it isn't even France or Germany. Our summers are, unfortunately, not as settled, or a sunny, or as warm. But, from what I can see, as far as MBY is concerned, we have a good five days of 25C+ weather to enjoy. Admittedly it will be rather humid, and not perfectly sunny - but you can just pretend you're in Florida.
Re rain on Saturday - yeah, it looks like there's the potential for thunderstorms in the afternoon, and that's fine by me. I like thunderstorms. Not everyone will be pleased of course. Anyway there's no point in worrying about precipitation when it's 160 hours away - it will almost certainly change. There's every possibility that it won't rain on Saturday at all.
