Open all windows soon Jires then close all curtains then fully insulate as usual

Yes so best put down the estimated temps and not what the clouds ruined today temps.  My estimate would be 37C today under 22C uppers, was 38.6C here when we got 23C uppers in August 2003.

Sun back out in London. I am writing this from the roof terrace and it is beautifully warm. Not even a slight chill on the breeze, just gorgeous soft heat and not oppressive or humid at all.

Current view over the city:

For comparison - 33.9*C on the balcony here in Menorca and stifling out of the breeze. Met Office app is suddenly forecasting thundery showers but there's not a cloud in the sky - perhaps it got this place mixed up with London! 😛

A few clouds over here at the moment, but another clearer slot is coming through.
