Being a fine start to the day with the sun dancing around in mostly clear skies. The brisk westerly wind is keeping it fresh and airy as well, even though temperatures hadn't fallen any lower than 14.5 C at 5.45 am.

EDIT: Or at least it was until high cloud associated with a decaying cold front has moved in from the south west to fill in the sky, but it is still quite bright anyway.

14ºC with continuing "nuisance value" rain showers and feeling cold with chilly breeze and grey skies.

The rain is just persistent and wet enough to stop me working in the garden.

Walked across the Royal St Georges Golf Course at Sandwich to Sandwich Bay.  Long sunny spells.  Too warm when the sun was out, pleasantly refreshing under short lived bursts of cloud.  Temperature around 20C, wind stiff SW.  Off shore breeze meant the bay was very pleasant and the water surprisingly warm (probably due to combined effects of low tide and offshore breeze).

Well a balmy 14 C here today. Still raining on and off which is 48hrs worth of rain now, mostly light. Apparently we may see the sun tomorrow and again Thursday with temps up as high as 15 C! It's all down hill again then from Friday😣
