It's a nice pleasant 20ºC inside at the moment (although that value is slowly dropping as each chilly cloudy day passes). Might turn the heat on in a few months.

Heating switched on this morning ..Thermostat setting was 19c.,  Turned it up a notch to 20c. Pullover is on now instead of heating. Looking for my thermals to have at hand....

29.7C this afternoon upstairs, currently 27.9C (having had the windows open for a few hours) - it's air-con time for the second time in as many days.

This summer's been pretty toasty here, although that cooler week last week provided a welcome relief for a few days.

Warmest day for a while - these are the conditions in one of the east-facing bedrooms:



A toasty 28C downstairs - and 25.5C outside. Given a SW'ly breeze this Isle is often right up there with the warmest places in the UK...
