Actually, this is my idea of the perfect mid-Summer's day, what with the freshness and superb air quality. I really would not mind this not one bit if it could stay like this for the remainder of the Summer.

Overcast but some brighter spells.. Some sunshine. S. Westerly breeze light. Humidity 63%. Some spots of rain now and then.    19.4c.

After a sunny morning it's turned very gloomy and with strong wind feels pretty cool at 16C - still dry though here.

A decaying high level storm cell moved through this morning, virga could be seen as it passed. Its outflow caused brief excitement as towels got blown off balconys thanks to a sudden 30mph westerly..

Rain every day so far in August  At least the last 3 days had lots of sunshine as well. Not so today. It was dire with lots of cloud, drizzly showers and another below par max of 17.3C
