Hola from Es Cana Ibiza.

The heat and humidity has built here on the island over the last couple of days as the light easterly breeze of earlier in the week has fallen largely calm.

Here on the coast temperatures have reached 34c (93f) the last couple of days. Couple that with dewpoints of 23 or 24c its been a tad sticky. Overnight mins occur around now (local time 7.30am) at around 27c (81f).

Despite being cloudless yesterday the sky was white and the sun extremely hazy due to an abundance of Saharan dust in the atmosphere.

Looking forward to a weak cold front tonight, hopefully it will provide a little light show on the island and bring in a return to more normal conditions. eg. 30c by day with a sea breeze, 25c by night with dewpoints a more tolerable 20c.
