Is that right they ballsed the paperwork up and the deal is off? Is it also right that he out of contract at the end of the year meaning he will now walk on a free???  Surely none of this is true?????

What a cock up !! Supposedly Man U have a receipt to show the paperwork was electronically sent on time, Real Madrid can still appeal n maybe get there man with Navas going the other way. Can see Woodward getting his nuts booted if the deal fails to go thru and possibly spending 35 million on a young French talent is crazy. Martial is the type of signing Arsenal would have done for a few million.
After a fairly successfull summer of signings...... it's all going Pete tong.

Do we think Chavski will land Pogba? Will they manage to sign someone to replace fast-fading, replica-kit Terry?

Will the arses nab the striker they need?

Could Sperms strengthen as they surely must.

We won't be signing anyone because Rodgers is under the mistaken belief we've got a squad good enough to compete.

Increasingly looks to me that the 'mistake' regarding DeGea has been at Real Madrid's end.

The cynic in me suggests Real have strung United (and DeGea) along in the expectation of getting DeGea for free next summer.

Perfect.

I wonder how many of those signed will actually play regular first team football?? I guess that some of them will be keeping the subs bench warm

Berahino heading for the 'Peter Odemwingie award for being the tit of the transfer window'. Sperms leaking that they're bidding £20m+, but being reported that they offered just £5m up front, with the rest being incremental, performance-based instalments. Then again, not sure why Berahino is so keen on a sideways move.

Arsenal season ticket holders apparently demanding a refund. Can't say I blame them. With the transfer debacle and City almost home and dry in the Premier League I'm looking forward to the new cricket season already.

Meanwhile, we let Ilori go (Villa on loan, but with an option to buy. FFS!) without him ever playing a game for the first team, and keep the calamity brothers, Skrtel & Lovren.

Rodgers is f***ing clueless. Hopefully he'll be out before the end of the season with Klopp brought in (assuming Klopp likes a very big challenge!!)

Can't understand Levy's stance on adebayor. He isn't going to get any fist team football, is hovering up a decent wage kicking his heels, Sperms are offered a modest fee that'd cover the payoff to the player, but refuse to sell.

Nuts.

Unfortunately for Spurs, a loan deal with both clubs paying Adebyor's wages for the final year, wasn't on the cards either, as the Spammers had already done the maximum two domestic loans this season.

Southampton had the only negative net spend, whilst Stoke spent just £3m net.

Top are City (£113m), followed by Man U (£46m), then - unexpectedly - Newcastle (£43m)
