Seem to be doing okay with the bright spells so far this morning, but is damp from recent showers. A fresh breeze is also picking up, especially since it is coming straight in from the Channel, and is helping with the drying out process for now. However, it is expected to become strong to gale force later on . . . urgh, too soon for that kind of thing. Oh well, joys of living in the UK.

Despite all the rain around it couldn't make it over Dartmoor so its remained dry here in the bay all day except 4mm of rain we recorded in the early hours. Windy with broken cloud and quite cool.

Extremely heavy rain... again. Probably going to end up with a year's worth of rainfall in a month at this rate!
