Was meant to be a decent day but yet again a revolting gloomfest Featureless grey stratus - the only cloud to be seen in this vile month. Bad enough this coming from the north or east but now from the west as well it's just a sick joke.
Awful temperatures as well with a min of 8.4C and currently 12.3C so continuing the extreme lack of both cold and warmth in this tedious depressing month.
A fine and sunny morning, apart from the odd bits of contrails. Also feeling warmer now that we have lost this brisk northerly breeze. It is going a long way in aiding the drying up process after what has been a particularly wet week last week with the 60-plus mm of rain.
Sunshine, mild in light breezes, 16c.

Fog gone. Broken cloud. Sunny. Calm. 19.3c.

A great day with unbroken sunshine here near the coast. A little cloudier looking inland. 19.1c with a light SSW'ly breeze.
After being gorgeous yesterday afternoon today has been disappointing. It got down to 4.2C but has only reached 14.9C briefly about noon before turning quite grey and rather chilly.
