A calm and cloudy morning so far, but can see the odd sliver of blue sky in the thin extensive stratsocumulus layer. As Steve mentioned, it is a bit on the damp side this morning, looks more like through heavy dew rather than by light rainfall.

Positively balmy with the sunshine lifting temperatures up to 17.6 C. Am in shorts and T shirt as it feels and looks like a typical late June's day. Such a shame that the sun now sets at 4.30 pm at this time of the year.
