Has been a rather moist and murky morning so far with 9.0 mm of rain since my station reset at 12 am last night. Them thar hills are still shrouded in mist but the light levels does appear to be improving with the moderate rain ceasing.

Very mild at 14.4 C under calm winds.

On this morning two years ago, I had woken up to 80 mph gusts as St Jude's storm whistled close by us.

The afternoon turned out better than my own forecast. It's been decent enough with good sunny spells and partial cloud as well as feeling mild at 16 C under light breeze. Almost a repeat of yesterday as this October continue to be kind to me.
