A wet morning with heavy rain at first clearing to patchy rain. Brighter spells during the afternoon, and cooler too with a moderate breeze. Currently 4C and mostly clear now.

Possibly some wintriness in any showers tonight over the Peaks. I'll see what my parents say in Dronfield tomorrow.

I was in Aberdeen today and saw more sunshine in one day than the last three weeks at home! Even saw some snow near Perth and at least it felt like winter north of the border!
