Dull and breezy but still dry. 12.9 C under a brisk south west breeze.

The Groundhog Day theme continues with the mild, dry, breezy and overcast weather but I'm sure that those living at Lancashire and Yorkshire would gladly have this rather than what they are currently experiencing.
