Having looked at the Martial transfer, all I can say is that it's shocking in terms of how desperate United were to get him. Forget the headline figure, just look at the add-ons. Unbelievable.

To put it bluntly, he could end up costing United £61m, at current exchange rates. And that's before his wages wages are factored in.

Well United need to spunk more money on fullbacks. Looks like Ashley Young out for the season, and he joins Valencia and Shaw on the long-term injury list.

Looks like the young 'uns are going to get more game time.

A busy weekend of action in the Premier League with some tasty looking games!

I fancy wins for Spurs, Bournemouth, Everton, Liverpool, Stoke, WBA and Southampton. The rest draws. You heard it here first

Liverpool still poor on set pieces. 1-1 with Norwich

You just knew Naismith was going to score on his debut, against the Dippers.

Awful defending making for a great game!

Shocking defending for The Dippers' equaliser. Firmino had so much space he could have sat in a deckchair.

What a ridiculous game. Defenders shouldn't be paid after that!

Defensively, this is the worst game I've seen all season. Both back fours were unremittingly sh.ite.

If you score 4 goals at home, you'd expect to win wouldn't you .

We don't seem able to combine a good defence with a good attack; it's either one or the other.
