I rarely post here. But thought some of you might enjoy seeing photographs of the East coast Blizzard.


These we're taken yesterday while the storm was still raging in the philadelphia area, These we're taken in the suburbs to the north and west, we received higher totals than the city it self about 2 Feet 5"

I find this BBC time lapse amazing and fun too. When you click on, you get a lot of extra default time lapses of similar events following.

Yeah, New Yorkers have a good grasp of this things, It's amazing to see.


They did a very good job of keeping the streets clear of snow during the blizzard in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs which was hard as as much as 2 to 3" we're dropping per hour and and after the event. There are still huge snow mounds all over the place, though these are slowly melting.


I've added another 134 photographs of Fairmount Park in Philadelphia and Pictures of the Historic Avanue of the america's and the Wissahickon National Park System
