Another dark overcast start to the day, after some pleasant sunny spells yesterday. 

13-14c forecast for today on some weather sites. That's about the same or even a smidge warmer than the forecast highs for Hong Kong, Cairo and Baghdad! Meanwhile it was -23C on the outskirts of Ankara... Some interesting contrasts around at the moment. 

Hanging onto the blue skies with some brightness at this end by the finger nails.

Nice drive to Frome tis morning with  Red clouds and dry.   Now overcast breezy and raining. Breeze SSW 21 km/h. Humidity 85%rh. Temperature 9.8c. 

Blustery showers and 9.2c not a nice day at all

The brightness is still hanging on at this end. Although the wind has picked up as expected, it is doing an excellent job in shifting the initial dampness. The day still look set to end on a wet note, looking at the radars.
