Dull and wet with outbreaks of rain where 7.8 mm had fallen since my last station reset at 11 pm last night, but winds are calm at the moment.

4.4 C (it is actually still falling but the 88% humidity is preventing dewpoints from reaching freezing levels).

Hopefully the sun may try and break through sooner rather than later today.

6C and very little wind in sparkling, brilliant blue and strong sunshine (for Feb, anyway).

4.5C now after a beautifully sunny day; a few streaks of insignificant cloud against the slaty-blue sky and still light enough to read by the window.
