I've just sat in the west-facing front porch soaking up the mid-afternoon sunshine in just my T shirt and jogging bottoms.

9.3 C and 65% humidity and winds are non existant. There isn't even that refrigeration effect associated with low SSTs at this time of the year.

This can't be right, given our Kent climate!
