Quite cloudy with some brightness still hanging on and it is staying dry. It does feel somewhat mild despite the easterly breeze still being present, I'm not being inclined to turn the heating on to take the chill off indoors on this occasion.

9 C. 72% humidity.

0.8C at 6am so some ground frost.
There's almost no wind so far and it's already up to 7.5C

This will be the warmest day of the month for sure.
It only has to beat 14.6C yesterday.

I can see breaks in the cloud out over the sea 🙂 just need these to come inland and my first 18C of the year should be possible.

Anyway, it's being a bright day in a cloudy kind of way, like being inside a photography light box. It's also feeling quite mild for it at 14.8 C despite the moderate north east breeze.

A pity it is looking set to be quite cold and bleak tomorrow, but it does appears that the forecast rain won't be amounting to that much (or not until night time before fading away on Saturday morning).

I'm starting to think 20C is possible today.. Especially as the sun is breaking through the haze a little more often now.

You are right about the sea breeze however the wind is largely coming off the land, but there could be some mixing of sea air tempering things. 😊

We often get 2 peak spikes in warmer months here because of the pesky sea breezes.. One between 12-14 and then again between 16-18 hours,

A high of 16.2C at about 1pm, it didn't last though as wind swung to NE it was close to 8C  by 5pm, and soon after that the sea cloud started rolling in though not too grim just yet with some clear patches.
