As I type this, the fine sunny start to the day is being interrupted by stratus rolling in from the Strait of Dover, but the sun should burn that off shortly.

Yet another frost this morning which makes it a week of frosts here. Really pegging growth back . Although it is clear at night days have not been that sunny here,, with cloud building soon after dawn.

Air temp forecast is 12c for today and currently 14.2c so happy about that it should climb a little higher this afternoon.

I think the metoffice just show maximum 'potential' UV with given cloud.. But I don't think it factors in the higher ozone levels around typically in spring.. Local stations here have yet hit UV 6 this year.. But I expect it to change very soon 😉

It maxed out at UV9 between 12:10-2pm then started falling and there where a few ups and downs this afternoon probably caused by some contrails earlier that made it a little hazy but thankfully that cleared up. Meto have us down for UV6 tomorrow so still very high.
