F3 NE breeze at tree top level.  12.1 C after overnight low of 11c.  Cloudy but bright with scudding stratus racing over a watery sun's disk.  A classic battle to see if the cloud can be burned back and evaporated, going to be a tough call for northern and eastern coastal strips of Kent today.
