After an overcast start, it is actually trying ever so hard to brighten up. However the brisk northerly wind is making the current 13 C feel quite cool and fresh in nature.
I think for those wanting to make a day of it rather than being stuck indoors, perhaps Folkestone's own Lower Sandgate Road coastal park and the East Cliff Sands may be the best place to be at by being sheltered from that northerly wind and provided the sun does stay out for long enough, especially since it is expected to remain dry all day today anyway.
I should imagine it'll get to be feeling very fresh and airy on the more exposed Harbour Arm.
