Cloudy and moist once the blustery rain of earlier on this morning has cleared westwards away from us. However, we still haven't got rid of this strong northerly wind that is making the current 12.4 C feel colder than it needs to be.

What a waste of a perfectly good winter synoptic.

Yet another brilliant day coming up here but it looks like the last one. The entire bank holiday has been fantastic and yesterday we reached 22.4c. Meto are going for 21c today so similar temps but the wind has really picked up.

Absolutely foul out there with heavy rain and strong winds. Trees are being knocked about being in full leaf. Temp 11.5c and not expecting it to rise much during the day.
Just off to West Ham to pay one last visit to the ground to say goodbye before it's pulled down. Brother is running a tournament there now and hope it's still on.

Incredibly windy over the past day or two. Locally, there are quite a few branches and boughs of trees down on roads? Today we also have heavy and at times torrential rain thrown into the mix, which has left many roads flooded. I made the mistake of going for an early run, thinking I could get back before the rain started (based my timings on last nights bbc forecast), needless to say, the rain came earlier than forecast and I got soaked.....it is also unseasonably cold.....perfect half term weather, or at least that's how I remember it from my childhood 😀

up here near Leicester working , its a grey cold rainy and windy 11.5 deg c ,a bit of a shock driving up fro a relatively balmy 15 deg c In Winchester earlier and stepping out my car without a jacket - . which shold be more the norm by now surely ! .
