While it is being cloudy, it is trying ever so hard to brighten up (like being in a photo soft light box) and thus the current 19 C and 84% humidity are feeling quite muggy despite the breezy south west wind. Also bearing in mind that it's still damp from this morning's rain (an additional 1.8 mm on top of yesterday's 22 mm).
