Sun breaking through in abundance behind the warm front and after a warm night. Just under 18C and hard to believe that only 22 is likely here- we got that yesterday under cooler uppers.

Patchy rain through the night and a heavy burst this morning total 6.6mm, warm though at 17C

Winds are light here and it keeps trying to brighten up. I'm glad we won't be seeing the high temperatures here over the next few days - I like to be comfortable. especially as there's little chance of any thunder from it at this end

In rather non-Aberdeen style it is currently cloudy and 23°C in my garden. It feels quite tropical by our standards as such temperatures are normally associated with blue skies here.
