Went along to Brighton to get my snow fix today - about 7 miles west of Brighton there was no snow, not even on the top of the Downs. (Thanks to NMA on how to get images from imgur.com to display properly)

Excellent.
Hope to see similar conditions here tomorrow if not a lot more. It's been a long long time since we had a good snowfall here. 2010 was ok but nothing spectacular especially when compared to 78.

As an aside, the automatic exposure on the camera was down to 1/1000 sec - can't remember it ever being that low before.

Great pictures, Dew...you are a kindred spirit when it comes to leaving Chichester to try to track down Snow. We went up the Trundle last Saturday...about ten degrees colder(that is how it felt!) up there compared with home...at that time still lots of snow up there when it had virtually all gone from the city.
