The cloud has broken up much more readily than yesterday, allowing hot, hazy sunshine to prevail. I dont know whether it's the humidity factor, but I can feel the first signs that early next week is likely to be very uncomfortably sticky.

Glorious day of unbroken sunshine.  Second warmest day of the year so far.  Maxed out at 25.1  and currently a most pleasant 21.1c  Light winds, and the hot afternoon punctuated by the call of distant  fog horns from the vessels in the  channel like mating whales in mid spume.
