Oh very much so! But thankfully, it occurred on a Sunday, the one day of the week where I don't work in them tomato greenhouses.
  Although my location actually avoided the worse of the heat, it still felt like Hell has arrived on Earth on that fateful day.

But worse was yet to come in the form of July 19th 2006 where my home town bore the most intense heat with 36 C in the town centre (and I'm accepting it as an official reading). THAT was on a Wednesday - a working day.

And thank you for all the effort you do put in your forecast/videos.

I remember that well Ian - That July was really hot. I got 34C in my home village which is extremely rare.

I always remember you put a picture on here of what your tomato plants looked like by the end of July 2006.

Summer 95 is still the classic for me.

I was going to do summer 95 this weekend, but think I may leave it until BH weekend. Will be coming soon though.
