It was pleasantly bright with hazy sun when I popped around to the corner shop to get the papers (that was where I bumped into Steve "Gusty"!) about 10 minutes ago and it felt warm in the weak sunshine.
  However the cirrostratus layer has thickened up a bit since then. Still quite bright, though.

Hazy sunny spells is the order of the day..occasionally thicker, occasionally thinner. It maxed at 19.9c an hour ago in a stronger period of sunshine.

 Been meaning to get a local landscape gardener to trim back the rhododendron bush that had formed on my face.

Brightening up now after what has been a fairly overcast afternoon. It felt fairly mild anyway, especially with winds being light.

Dead on 20.0 C with 53% humidity. A comfortable and useful day all round.

It didn't get to 15C heer today, but the surprise is the wind. Very strong out there, leaves flying everywhere, and possibly stronger than anything we've had this year.
