Overcast. Quite mild, though, at 19.2 C. 90% humidity.

Seems that this cloud sheet is stuck fast over Kent as we are right under the centre of this high pressure system.

That's true about the air quality as it does have that smoky stuffy thing about it at the moment (and not caused by millions of BBQs all being lit up for a change). But, indeed I'm recording 19.8 C around here, if we had clear skies all day then temperatures could easily have got higher than that around here by now.
  I do think we will have better luck with that tomorrow once overnight mist and fog does clear away and winds start to drift in from the near Continent.

Cloudy all day so far, much like yesterday. Warmish though. I am disappointed in the lack of sun - I expected better than this.

guess what ? clouds have parted blue skys returned (rapidly going grey as night falls) at 6.45pm in London Sun virtually disappeared and cooling off rapidly. SO much for a partly warm and sunny weekend with temps in the low tenties!

Two grey cloudy days in a row, not what was forecast, but at least it was dry so you could be outside. Sun tomorrow old be nice.....
