Observations between 9.45 pm last night and 7 pm curently.

LAST NIGHT: Clear for most of the night.
THIS MORNING: After what has been a coloured sun rise, it lead to a generally cloudy morning with the occasional bright interludes.
THIS AFTERNOON: Dull and overcast with rain and the cloud base became low enough to shroud the hills to the north of the town, then it brightened up by 5 pm onwards.
CURRENT: Fine and clear.        13.6 C.      99% humidity.         Dewpoint: 13.5 C.        Light south winds.          Rising slowly to 1007.4 mb.

WINDS: Moderate north west last night, then south this morning which became as quite strong for a time in the afternoon.
AIR QUALITY: Superb, very clean and fresh.
VISIBILITY: Very good, except over the hills.
COMFORT FACTOR: Dry this morning, then it became wet in the afternoon. The fresh wind made it feel quite chilly.

TEMPERATURES (in C):          Max: 13.1 at 3 pm.        Min: 7.3 at 6.30 am.
