One of my old favourites, www.xcweather.co.uk has had another improvement.

This time, it's a 'Map Summary', which shows the min and max values reported on the map, for the displayed map type. You can also hover over the values, and it highlights the stations on the map that are reporting them. Clicking the values in the summary, displays a list of reporting tations.
