Numerous flooded roads throughout Cumbria  -  Keswick has had 56mm last 12hrs - I thought a yellow warning for rain may have been appropriate ?

Dropped abruptly from 9C to 6C about 2pm, we've only had about 7mm.
With the coolere air wind picked up amd turned more to west. 54mph highest gust so far, it does seem to be easing down slightly now.
