Now dull and overcast after that bright and cheerful morning, a fresh south wind is making the current temp of 5.8 C feel quite cold. At least things have dried up nicely despite humidity being in the mid 80's which is more than what could be said for those living close to the Thames.

A frost did get a hold in the first half of last night, but an onshore breeze in the small hours soon saw to that and thus I woke up at 8 am to a frost-free environment.
