Suprised not much more been said about Gonzalo in this thread, xc weather still shows 40mph gusts even for here in the SE, add to that the rain in the morning it could make surface spray an issue for rush hour http://www.xcweather.co.uk/

Indeed Jonesy. I feel like this could be the first major wind event of the season with some exposed parts up here getting gusts in the region of 80mph. Although there will be plenty of rain around I think it will be the wind that will be the major feature.

Although from a "selfish" point of view, here at my location, since the gusty stuff are expected to be coming in from the south west then the north west once the front passes over us this time tomorrow, I tend to be somewhat sheltered by the built up hilly bit to my west. I'm also expecting not that much rain to fall here going by the models.
If that low/ex Gazebo was going to take the same route as what St Jude's did last year then I'd probably lose some sleep over it.
