A terrible level of air pollution here at the moment - probably the single worst day in 10 years.
A pretty unusual set of atmospheric ciorcumstances has led the pall of pollution that has built up over the Straits of Dover and the near continent from sea traffic and industrial activity respectively, to be wafdted gently into the valley here in Dover.
The circumstances are thankfully very rare because the acridity is horrid in the pallet and throat!!
Having said all that it has been very warm and very very humid. Will post some stats later.
