Hi John! We had a winter?   But indeed, like you, while it has been overcast, I am appreciating it being calm and dry anyway, a total contrast to this time last year.

However, it does look like I'll be getting a bit of weather tomorrow in the form of a spell of rain and, oh look, surprise, surprise, a strong southerly wind. The only one type of weather I do well every winter. But hopefully once all that clear away, it'll encourage the sun to show up a bit more as we go into the weekend.

Hopefully we'll get some sunshine in the coming days between the Atlantic fronts - assuming no pesky high pressure areas get in the way and stall them over us

Back on topic - cloudy, 2C, pressure now at 1014mb, falling slowly.
