Looking at Clevedon Weather Home and Wunderground Local temperatures they are all Over 22c...

My own is 22.8c. Inside.. 22c. In the shade. Outside on the station sensor it Is 24.4c. Humidity 44%rh.

Some people walk in the rain.
Others just get wet.
I Just Blow my horn or trumpet

It is a bit breezy but it is also warm and sunny her currently (having brightened up from earlier).

My (shielded) thermometer is currently reading 20.4°C in my back garden (which is a bit of a heat trap) and I would say that is an accurate enough reflection of the temperature here in this part of the city. A rather nice early evening.

Was forecast on Reporting Scotland to be above 20C and sunny here today but in reality it has been partly cloudy with a strong SE wind and only around 15C all day. What does it take to get above average temperatures.

Heavy pulses of rain have just started. When they come along they are very heavy and looking at the radar there's more intense stuff to come. There's also a lot of electrical activity but haven't seen or heard anything yet.
