Looks like you have pretty much covered most areas - I guess you could do the horrible winter of 1974-1975 if we can bear it and the winter of 1985-1986 famous for its freezing blocked Feb

Always an excellent watch - I never get bored of watching your great videos - excellent work

i second that. what a fantasic thread to start, i enjoyed gavin historic video,s as well. nice to look back at 09/10 as they originally forecasted a mild winter, and turned out to be a classic freeze LOL

I messaged Gav recently over a fascinating year of weather in Edwardian times and hopefully he will look into it.
I had a book that reported temperatures approaching or exceeding 100F in July of a certain year but then dipping to 20 below in November with Frost.
Looked like a fascinating year and hopefully Gav can look at it for us.
