Does anybody else get aggressive pop ups when using the met office web page via a mobile? I use safari but I'm now sick of the pop ups. I have emailed them in past but they don't seem to sorted the problem. 

Still being dogged... Rather embarrassing on their behalf that they can't sort the issue out.

If I have my app centre on then the stupid adds they have on the webpage redirect me to my app centre.. Despite me having such things supposedly blocked! If the app centre is off then it just opens pages within the safari browser.

It would seem that the met insist on having company's use their website for advertising and it's these adverts that aggressively open/attack visitors.

For a government backed agency that has a duty to providing information regarding the weather it's pretty bad that their website is often unusable.
