Ended up with 60mm in Watford for the month. The wettest day was the 27th with 15.6mm with 13 days in the month where rain fell.

Finished the month with 67mm, certainly a wet month here.   In fact it's been the second wettest March I've recorded in the last 34 years. Only March 1999 was wetter with 72mm of rain.


 Remarkably, 80% of our rainfall in March 2016 came from just three events, 15mm on the 3rd, 21mm over the 8/9th, and 18mm on the 27th.  It's been more like a Summer month for rainfall really, with a large chunk of the month being dry.
