We had dust-fringed raindrops on one of our garden tables this morning following last night's rain; looked like premature pollen. But the warning indices for Kent suggest something quite significant.


As most of my experiences of this phenomenon (first time was in autumn 1982) have followed rain, I wonder if the air quality warnings are essential- perhaps the dust is too high for the inhalers to be needed, only getting to low levels if washed out thus? Someone on here is bound to be able to explain my error in understanding.
