4°C brilliantly sunny with a light WNWly; temperature rising quickly off a -1°C start.

A fine morning with the sun dancing around in clear blue skies. I have observed a touch of frost even on my coastal edge location and am having the heating on for a hour or two to get rid of the chill indoors, then the sun can do the rest later.

Was a lovely sunny morning and the best weather all month. 11.4C reached - the first double figures for 10 days - following the first air frost of the month with min of -0.3C.
